Update your deals by talking
Voice chat is a live conversation with Aino. Say what happened on the way back from the meeting, and Aino logs it, updates the deal and adds the follow-up while you speak, then answers out loud. It works on the web and in the iPhone and Android apps.
You talk, Aino answers
A voice chat works like a phone call with a colleague who knows your whole pipeline. You say what happened in your own words. Aino works out which customer and deal you mean, does the CRM work while you are still talking, and tells you what it did.
Before Aino records something you said, it names the customer in a few words, so you can correct a misheard name on the spot. And if it got something wrong, “undo that” puts it right.
It does everything the typed chat does. When salespeople have to log by hand, only 24–52% of sales activity ever reaches the CRM (Weflow, activity data from hundreds of CRMs). It is easier to say it than to type it.

How a voice chat works
Press the microphone, choose New voice chat, or press ⌘⇧Space (Ctrl+Shift+Space on Windows). On a phone, use the button in the bottom bar.
In a new chat it asks what happened today. Started from an opportunity, it asks what is new with that customer. In a chat you come back to, it picks up where you left off.
You hear a chime, and feel a buzz on a phone, when Aino has finished and is listening again.
Aino normally answers when you pause. If you need time to think, choose When I say so: Aino waits until you say your own phrase or press Done.
Heard enough? Start talking over the reply, or press Skip. The rest of the spoken answer is dropped, the written one stays in the chat, and the call goes on.
Say “thanks”, “I’m done”, “stop” or “bye”, or press Esc or End. The conversation is saved as a normal chat you can read later.
Aino speaks the language you chose in Settings: English, Finnish or Swedish. Ask it to switch during a call and it does.
Ask questions too
A voice chat is not only for logging. Ask for a brief before a meeting, what has to close this month, which deals have gone quiet, or what to do next on a deal. Aino answers out loud, and the written answer is in the chat afterwards.
Changes work the same way: “set the value to 75k”, “give them 10% off”, “remind me to call Dana on Tuesday”.

In the car, between meetings
The iPhone and Android apps have a button for a new voice chat in the bottom bar. That is where a debrief fits best: on the walk back to the car, while the meeting is still fresh.
You do not need to look at the screen. Aino tells you what it logged, the chime tells you when to speak, and saying “thanks” ends the call.
