The short version

Attio is a CRM you build yourself. ainocrm comes with the sales process built.

Attio and ainocrm have a lot in common. Both keep records current from email and calendar, both have an assistant that can change the CRM, both connect to Claude, and both store data in the EU.

The difference is how much you build yourself. ainocrm comes ready: stages with their requirements, a forecast and a daily list of where to put your time, all kept up to date from what salespeople say. Attio is a platform to build on, with custom objects, a workflow canvas, agents and an app store, which suits a team with someone who wants to design the system.

ainocrm has one plan at €49 per seat with everything in it. In Attio, rules that require a value before a stage change, call recording and sequences are on Pro, at €74 per seat a month on annual billing. Its smaller plans cost less: there is a free plan, and Plus is €31.

Choose ainocrm when

  • You want a sales process that works on day one, without building it
  • Nobody on the team has time to build and look after a CRM
  • Salespeople want to give their update out loud, hands-free
  • You want deals to move by themselves when a stage’s requirements are met
  • Leaders want to see how reliable the forecast is
  • You want every feature in one plan, with the AI allowance included

Attio fits better when

  • You want to model your own objects, not only accounts, contacts and deals
  • Someone on the team will build the workflows and agents
  • Meetings should be recorded and transcribed inside the CRM
  • You run outbound email sequences, or your team works in Microsoft 365

Daily work

What is different when you use them

You can talk to it out loud

Ask Attio takes typed or dictated requests and puts its changes on an approval card. Aino holds a live voice conversation, acts while you speak and tells you what it changed.

The sales process is already built

Attio’s rules can stop a save until a value is filled in, on Pro and Enterprise. ainocrm comes with the whole process: requirements per stage that it can measure, guidance for the rest, and deals that move forward by themselves.

The forecast is there from the first deal

In Attio an admin builds a weighted pipeline from a formula attribute and reports. ainocrm’s forecast is there from the first deal, and shows how reliable it is.

Switching

Moving from Attio

ainocrm reads plain spreadsheets of companies, contacts and deals, so an export from Attio is enough. An admin does the move in the set-up guide, in a conversation.
  1. 1

    Export from Attio

Export your companies, people and deals as CSV files. Columns ainocrm does not read are left out, and so are custom objects.
  2. 2

Drop the files into the set-up chat

Aino reads them and shows a dry run: what would be created, updated or skipped. Nothing is saved yet. It can build your sales process from the stages in the file.
  3. 3

    Check, then import

Map the old stages to yours, invite the owners it does not know or take their deals yourself, and confirm. Deals keep their create and close dates.

There is no live sync with Attio. The import can be repeated later; it only fills in blanks. How importing works
