Delete your ainocrm account

How to delete your ainocrm account and the personal data associated with it — in the ainocrm app for Android and iOS, on the web, or by email.

Delete it yourself (immediate)

You can delete your account at any time, from the ainocrm app on your phone or from any browser:

  1. Sign in to ainocrm — open the app, or go to app.ainocrm.com.
  2. Open Settings › Profile (from your profile in the menu, or directly at app.ainocrm.com/settings/profile).
  3. Scroll to Delete account, type your email address and current password to confirm (Google or Apple sign-in only: sign in again first), and tap Delete my account.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. This cannot be undone. If you are the only admin of a workspace that still has other members, you will be asked to make someone else an admin first (Settings › Team), so the workspace isn't left without anyone to manage it.

Or ask us to do it

If you can't sign in, email hello@ainocrm.com from the address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my ainocrm account". We confirm the request with you and complete it within 30 days, usually much sooner. A workspace admin can also ask us to delete the organization's entire workspace this way.

What is deleted

  • Your account: name, email address, password hash, Google or Apple sign-in link, role and preferences.
  • Your chats with Aino, the ainocrm assistant, including anything you dictated by voice.
  • Your tasks, notifications, targets and onboarding progress.
  • Your Gmail and Google Calendar connections: stored access tokens and calendar events are deleted, sync stops and our access is revoked with Google. You can also remove ainocrm's access in your Google account's security settings.
  • Playbook and product-catalog change proposals you submitted that are still in the workspace's review queue.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Your organization's business records. Deals you own and interactions you logged (calls, meetings, email-derived notes) belong to the organization whose workspace they are in. They stay in that workspace, no longer linked to you, for its admins to reassign. If you are the last member of the workspace, the entire workspace — accounts, contacts, deals, interactions and everything else in it — is deleted along with your account.
  • Change history. The workspace's audit trail of edits keeps the changes themselves, with your name removed from them.
  • Usage and feedback records. AI-usage counts (for billing the organization) and any in-app feedback you gave are kept without any link to you.
  • Backups and logs. Deleted data can remain in database backups for up to 30 days, and in server logs for up to 30 days, before it is overwritten.
