Build the CRM that does the typing
We are a small team working on a product with strong opinions. There are no open roles listed right now — but we hire people, not postings, so read on.
How we work
- Small and senior. Everyone ships end to end: the data model, the API, the UI, the prompt, the docs. There is no hand-off between "product" and "engineering".
- Use the thing. Our own pipeline runs on ainocrm. If a workflow annoys us, it is fixed before a customer sees it.
- Write it down. Decisions live in the repository and the docs, not in someone's head. The documentation is public, so you can read how the product thinks before you talk to us.
- Remote-first, Nordic hours. We overlap in Central European time and keep meetings rare.
Who we are looking for
When we do open a role it tends to look like one of these:
- Product engineer (TypeScript). Full-stack, web and mobile, with a taste for building interfaces where the chat is the primary input.
- AI engineer. Someone who has shipped LLM features to real users and has scars from evaluation, tool-calling and prompts that drift.
- Founding go-to-market. A seller or sales leader who wants to build the product they always wished they had — and to use it on the pipeline they are building.
