What is ainocrm?
ainocrm is an AI CRM for B2B sales teams that you talk to instead of fill out. Salespeople say what happened in a chat or out loud, or forward an email, and ainocrm works out which account, contact and deal they mean, updates the pipeline and suggests the next step.
Each deal is checked against the company's own sales process, so leaders get a forecast built on deals that are really where they say they are.
What is an AI CRM?
An AI CRM is a customer relationship management system that uses AI to do the work people used to do by hand: logging calls and emails, keeping deal details current, spotting deals that need attention and suggesting what to do next.
Most CRMs add AI on top of the same forms. In ainocrm the AI is how data gets in: there are no edit forms for deals, every change comes from something a person said or an email that was filed, and every record shows where its information came from.
Who is ainocrm for?
ainocrm is for B2B sales teams: the salespeople who run deals, the leaders who run a team and its forecast, and the executives who want a live picture of sales without asking for a report.
Each role gets its own view. Chats, tasks and the inbox stay private to each person; leaders see the numbers and the pipeline, not the conversations.
How do I update the CRM?
Describe what happened the way you would tell a colleague. "Had a call with Acme, they want a pilot in Q4" becomes a deal update, a new contact and a follow-up task.
You can type it, say it in a voice conversation between meetings, or let email file itself: connect Gmail, or BCC and forward to your log address from any mail app.
Does the AI change my pipeline on its own?
ainocrm acts on what you tell it and then shows exactly what it changed. An email only fills in details that were empty and never overwrites what a person said.
When it is unsure which deal or contact you mean, it asks instead of guessing, and "undo that" reverses the last change.
How much does ainocrm cost?
The Team plan is €49 per seat per month, the same for every role. Each seat includes 2,000 AI tokens a day: 1,000 for that person, which covers a busy salesperson, and 1,000 shared across the company.
For heavy days an admin can buy prepaid credits, from €0.60 per 1,000 tokens in the largest pack, or let a chosen pack reload by itself when credits run low. Nothing is billed after the fact, and there is no charge per contact, deal or feature. Larger organizations can agree an annual Enterprise plan with a pooled allowance, SSO and data residency.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace gets 14 days free with no card needed: the whole product for up to 5 people.
After 14 days the workspace pauses until you continue on the Team plan by card or invoice. Nothing is deleted.
Where is my data stored, and does the AI train on it?
Your workspace is stored in the EU and encrypted in transit and at rest. Our AI provider is not allowed to train on your data.
The privacy policy lists what is processed, where and for how long.
Can I move over from HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive?
Yes. Export your companies, contacts and deals from HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or a spreadsheet and drop the files into the set-up chat.
ainocrm shows a dry run of what it would import, builds your sales stages from the ones in the file, and imports only when you confirm.
Which email and calendar does it work with?
ainocrm connects to Gmail and Google Calendar: emails file themselves against the right deal and customer meetings link to the right account.
With any other mail app, BCC or forward emails to your log address and they are filed the same way.
Can I use ainocrm from Claude or another AI assistant?
Yes. Once an admin switches on AI apps, each person can connect Claude to their own ainocrm account and ask it about their pipeline, prepare for a meeting or log a call without leaving Claude. Support for other assistants is on the way.
The assistant works as that person, with exactly the rights their role gives them, and can be disconnected at any time under Settings › Connected apps.
Which languages does ainocrm speak?
The app is available in English, Finnish and Swedish, and Aino writes and speaks the language you choose.
