Pricing
One seat price. A daily token allowance. Nothing else to configure.
Every person on the team is a seat. Every seat includes a generous daily allowance of AI usage, and for the heavy days the workspace keeps prepaid credits — the same way you'd expect from an AI assistant, not a per-feature price list. Nothing is billed after the fact.

Pay by card or by invoice. Each month closes into a statement on the 1st — seats plus any extra usage — and is charged to the card on file, or invoiced with payment terms if you prefer. Your first month counts only from the day you start paying, and prices exclude VAT. Every workspace sees the running total under Settings › Billing, so there are no surprises.
14 days free, no card needed
Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial of the whole product: chat and voice, email and calendar, the set-up guide and the importer, for up to 5 people, each with the full daily allowance. Prepaid credits come with a paid workspace. On day 14 the workspace pauses until you continue: add a card, or ask us to set up invoicing. Nothing is deleted, so you carry on exactly where you left off.
How it compares
An estimate from public list prices, November 2026, for a CRM with AI built in. Your own quote from any vendor may differ. The comparison pages set ainocrm beside HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Zero and Pipedrive in full.
| Plan | Per seat / month | First year, 10 seats |
|---|---|---|
| ainocrm Team, AI included | €49 | €5,880 |
| HubSpot Sales Hub Professional, plus a one-time onboarding fee of about €1,330 | about €80 | about €10,930 |
| Salesforce Sales Cloud Core, plus Agentforce for Sales from €125 | €320 | €38,400 |
Credits for use beyond the daily allowance come on top, and the other vendors meter their AI in the same way. Prices are from hubspot.com (annual billing, converted from its US dollar list price at the European Central Bank rate of 4 November 2026) and salesforce.com.
How the token allowance works
Everything the AI does for you — answering a question, filing an email, extracting a deal update from what you said — is a call to a language model, and each call consumes tokens. Tokens measure how much AI work a request takes, so a quick question uses a few and a long voice call uses many. Every seat includes 2,000 tokens per day: 1,000 for that person, and 1,000 into the company's shared tokens, which automatic work and anyone past their own tokens can use. Both refill at midnight UTC and unused tokens do not carry over. Once a person has spent theirs and the shared tokens are gone, the AI pauses for them until the refill — unless the workspace holds credits, a prepaid pool an admin buys in packs from €0.60 per 1,000 tokens, bigger packs costing less, charged on the next statement and usable at once. An admin can also pick a pack to reload by itself when credits run low. Nothing is billed after the fact. The person is warned as they approach the allowance and told when they move on to shared tokens or credits. As a stop against runaway use, AI features pause for the rest of the day once a person reaches 5,000 tokens, five times the allowance, credits or not; an admin can lower that ceiling to anything from 1× to 5× the allowance, and is told when the credits run low or run out.
To put the number in perspective, a busy day looks something like this:
| What you did | Typical tokens | Fits in a day's allowance |
|---|---|---|
| A chat turn ("had a call with Acme, they want a pilot") | 10–25 | 40–100 turns |
| An email filed automatically from Gmail | 3–8 | 125–330 emails |
| A pipeline or forecast question in chat | 15–30 | 30–60 questions |
| Converting a playbook or product document | 100–300 | 3–10 — and it's rare |
A chat turn is expensive because the model reads the rep's whole pipeline before it answers — that is what makes "which deal do you mean" a question it almost never has to ask. Talking to Aino uses more than typing the same thing, and a web search someone asks for counts as 100 tokens. Most reps stay comfortably inside the allowance; a heavy pipeline-review day might go over by a few hundred tokens, which is well under a euro of credits.
What counts as a seat
Every user in the organization, whatever their role — salesperson, leader, executive or admin — is one seat. There is no separate viewer tier and no charge per account, contact or deal. Seats are counted at the end of each monthly period; add or remove people any time under Settings › Team.
Seeing where it goes
Everyone has a live meter under Settings › Usage: today's allowance, a 30-day history and a breakdown by what they were doing. Leaders see the same for their team, and executives for everyone. Admins get Settings › Billing: seats, the credits pool and the packs to top it up, the daily ceiling per person, what each person drew from credits this period, a running total for the month, how the company pays, and every past statement with its receipt.
Frequently asked
Does unused allowance roll over?
No. It's a daily allowance, refilled at midnight UTC, so one quiet week never subsidises a heavy day later.
Is the weekly account research metered?
No. Research that ainocrm runs on its own schedule — the regular check of your accounts' public picture, and the refresh when something changes — is part of the seat fee. Automatic runs use the company's shared tokens, never your credits. Only what a person triggers is counted against that person's allowance.
Does working from Claude use tokens?
Looking things up and making changes from an AI assistant you have connected, such as Claude, uses no ainocrm tokens. Only a request that runs ainocrm's own AI is counted, against the same allowance as usual. The assistant's own use is between you and its provider.
Can I cap a team's spend?
It is capped by design: past the daily allowance the AI only runs on credits you bought in advance, and never past the daily ceiling per person, which you can set under Settings › Billing. Enterprise agreements pool the allowance across the organization.
What happens if someone leaves?
Remove them under Settings › Team and their seat is gone from the next period. Their usage stays on the month's history.
