The short version

In Pipedrive you drag the deal. In ainocrm you say what happened.

Pipedrive and ainocrm are both made for the sales team and nothing else. The difference is who keeps the deals up to date. In Pipedrive the salesperson does: drag the deal, fill in the fields, log the activity. In ainocrm the salesperson says what happened, and Aino files it, moves the deal when the stage’s requirements are met and says what is still missing.

Pipedrive has more around it: a marketplace of more than 500 integrations, email sync with Microsoft and IMAP mailboxes, meeting recording, quotes and e-signatures.

ainocrm’s €49 includes everything. In Pipedrive the same things are spread over its plans: forecasting and automations start on Growth, and required fields that hold a deal back start on Premium, at €59 per seat a month on annual billing. Its entry plan, Lite, is €14.

Choose ainocrm when

  • Deals go out of date because updating the board is a chore
  • Salespeople want to debrief by voice between meetings
  • You want the CRM to check each stage’s requirements and move the deal when they are met
  • Leaders want to see how reliable the forecast is
  • You want the forecast, automations and stage requirements in one plan, without add-ons
  • You want your accounts researched for you, and a daily list of where to put your time

Pipedrive fits better when

  • Your team likes to see deals on a board and drag them
  • You need two-way email with Outlook, Exchange or IMAP, sent from the CRM
  • You rely on integrations, web forms, a chatbot or email campaigns
  • Meetings on Zoom, Teams or Meet should be recorded and summarized

Daily work

What is different when you use them

Say it instead of dragging it

Pipedrive’s meeting notetaker drafts field updates for you to approve, and its in-app Sales Assistant is in beta for selected users. In ainocrm conversation is how every deal changes, typed or spoken.

Requirements also move the deal forward

Pipedrive’s required fields stop a person moving a deal into a stage, on Premium and Ultimate. ainocrm checks its requirements whether a salesperson asked for the move or an email suggested it, and moves the deal by itself once they are met.

The forecast shows how reliable it is

Pipedrive forecasts by close date and probability-weighted value, from Growth up. ainocrm also shows how reliable the number is: how recently the deals were updated, how many have stalled, how many meet their stage’s requirements.

Switching

Moving from Pipedrive

ainocrm reads Pipedrive exports as they are. An admin does the move in the set-up guide, in a conversation.
  1. 1

    Export from Pipedrive

Export organizations, people and deals as CSV or Excel files. Columns ainocrm does not read are left out.
  2. 2

Drop the files into the set-up chat

Aino reads them and shows a dry run: what would be created, updated or skipped. Nothing is saved yet. It can build your sales process from the stages in the file.
  3. 3

    Check, then import

Map the old stages to yours, invite the owners it does not know or take their deals yourself, and confirm. Deals keep their create and close dates.

There is no live sync with Pipedrive. The import can be repeated later; it only fills in blanks. How importing works

Questions

Questions about ainocrm and Pipedrive

What is the difference between ainocrm and Pipedrive?

Pipedrive is a visual sales CRM: deals sit on a board and reps move them and fill in their fields. ainocrm has no board to maintain: reps say what happened and Aino updates the deal, the tasks and the forecast.

ainocrm checks each stage’s requirements for you and shows how reliable the forecast is, in one plan. Pipedrive offers more integrations and a lower starting price.

Is ainocrm cheaper than Pipedrive?

For the same features, yes. Pipedrive Premium, the first plan with required fields per stage, is €59 per seat a month on annual billing or €79 monthly, and Ultimate is €79 or €99. ainocrm’s €49 covers every feature.

Pipedrive’s smaller plans cost less: Lite is €14 and Growth €39 per seat a month on annual billing. List prices checked on 5 November 2026.

Does ainocrm have a kanban board like Pipedrive?

ainocrm does not need one. It shows each salesperson their opportunities, tasks and a ranked list of where to put their time, and leaders the pipeline and forecast. Deals move because of what was said or sent, not because someone dragged a card.

A team that plans its week around a board will feel more at home in Pipedrive.

Can we move from Pipedrive to ainocrm?

Yes. Export organizations, people and deals from Pipedrive and drop the files into ainocrm’s set-up chat. Aino shows a dry run first and can build your stages from the ones in the file.

There is no live sync between the two, so it is a move rather than a connection.
