About
A CRM that does the typing
ainocrm started from a simple observation: every CRM promises a single source of truth, and then makes salespeople type it in. We think the CRM should build the picture itself.
The problem we are working on
Sales teams already produce everything a CRM needs. The call happened, the email was sent, the rep told a colleague what the customer said. The data exists — it just lives in conversations, and moving it into forms is a chore nobody does well. So the pipeline is a week stale, the forecast is a negotiation, and the rep who is best at selling is usually worst at logging.
Language models changed what is possible here. A system can now read "had a call with Acme, they want a pilot in Q4 if we include support" and know which account that is, which deal, what changed, and what should happen next. ainocrm is our attempt to build the CRM around that capability instead of bolting it onto a form.
What we believe
- Talking beats typing. A rep should describe what happened the way they would to a colleague. One sentence, not six fields.
- Every change needs a sentence behind it. There are no edit forms for deals. Stage, value, close date and products change through chat or through an email ainocrm filed — so the record explains itself.
- Nothing happens quietly. Aino acts, then tells you exactly what it did. An email only fills in what was empty, never overwrites. When it is unsure it asks; it does not guess — and "undo that" is always enough.
- Your process, enforced. Stages and gates are defined by the company and checked against data, so the forecast rests on deals that are really where they say they are.
- Private by default. A rep's chats and tasks are theirs. Leaders get the numbers, not the conversations.
Where we are
ainocrm is in daily use by B2B sales teams, our own included, and the documentation describes how every part works — including the parts we have not polished yet. We would rather be honest about the edges than surprise you at them.
Who is behind it
A small team of engineers and former operators based in the Nordics, with a background in building B2B software and running the sales pipelines that software was supposed to help with. We are deliberately small: the product is opinionated, and opinions are easier to keep coherent with fewer hands.
